Be happy of who your are. Be happy on where u came from, where you are today and where you're headed. I started at 400lbs, but when I came to this group I was in the 370s.. All of the love and knowledge that was given to me, helped me make it to the 290s. Going from 52% fat to 28.8% which is a loss of 108lbs of fat. Causing me to shrink from 5x shirts to 3x and 2x in t-shirts and workout shirts. Size 50-52s in pants to 44s. Size 13 in shoes to 11½-12. From type 2 Diabetic, to Diabetic FREE. From 168/89 blood pressure and 93 pulse rates, to 124/79 with 53 pulse rate. From my left eye being at 20/30 and right eye 20/35, to both eyes being at 20/15. Need I say more? Its been a hell of an emotional 1½yrs for me. My 1st post I said that "Failure is not an option " I think I proved my point.

As i sit here looking at all of the post and reflecting on the journey that i just went on with water fasting for 21 days, i think and say to myself "Thank You Heavenly Father", I made it. Definitely, one of the most challenging journeys that I've been on.
I honestly didn't know my own strength. Did i want to quit??? Absolutely did, numerous times over, but with the help and faith in "The Most High" , it was possible. I actually started on 2-5-18 as i wanted to connect spiritually with Father God because i had, as some of you may or may not remember, i had a diagnosis of thyroid cancer. I went to MD Anderson and had to take another ultrasound before they moved on any further. On the 4th day of the fast, i got shaky and felt very faint and it actually scared me a bit, so i had some dole pineapple chunks along with some of the juice from the jar of pineapple. I quickly re-energized from that. So what did i do? I continued the fast but also restarted to another day 1 on 2-9-18
. It became less and less difficult to me to fast. Forward to today which is my last day of the 21 day fast. Guess what yall? I had an appointment to schedule surgery for the thyroid cancer and when i went back to MD Anderson, the doctor said to me** i'm crying, Sorry*, that i DO NOT HAVE CANCER!!! To God be the Glory!! Being that this was the last week, i'm assuming that because i knew that this time was winding down, I felt a little eager to be done, and i won't lie, i wanted to eat something after all, it's been 21 days since I've chewed on any food. Now that it's official, I really feel as though i could go further. I'm stopping because we are giving my Mom a surprise 75th birthday party with all of the fixings on the 9th of this month, and i am going to eat. Not get crazy, but i'm gonna eat. Bet that!! I need to try and gently adjust my system now, in order to be able to eat without getting ill. After that party, i'm jumping right back on the grind. I'm going to start again with a water fast for maybe a few weeks then intermittant fasting. I am now a faster for life....... I said all that to say this" It works!! in the process of this journey, i lost 39 pounds!!! 39 lbs!!!!! If you fall down which we all do, GET BACK UP!!! Dust yourself off and get back on. I also did a few days sdf and Lord knows, food is the last thing you want. Water is then like a 5 course meal.... for real.... stay strong!! Thank you Chris James as well as your brother John, and Stephen!! You all were a big inspiration to me and for that i say to you "THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Sorry yall for the long post, i just needed to get that out!??

I've lost 53lbs so far. Better skin, joints, blood pressure and sugar levels. Just did my 1st gallbladder flush and it's really motivating me to be especially mindful of what I am putting into my body in between fasts.

1. At my heaviest I was 333lbs. It felt almost impossible to get the weight off. Last year I moved from LA to East Africa and lost 100+ lbs in a year. With fasting, diet change and focusing on my healing. I still I have about 40pounds to lose but it feels so damn good to be healthy!

Chris James is a wealth of knowledge and is very passionate about a healthy alternative. Very good information for your journey of being healthy!
Mr. James is a positive human being. He does not claim to know it all and from his videos listens to suggestions; while sharing his experiences.
His group, videos and experiences with fasting and improving ones health are invaluable.
What's good AHA family. I've been following quietly in the background and finally wanted to step up and give a S/O to the community and everyone who posts progress pictures. I started my journey at around 375 and got down to 300, but could never break below. Between stress, work, life, and everything else I bounce between 300 and 330 for a few years. This past year I decided it was time and did 3 months of rolling 72hr water fasting and started cycling. It's been about 9 months and I am now 255. Still got more to go but figured it was time I come out from the back row.

Hello all! I started fasting for health in summer of 2016 and lost 100lbs doing so. I was a pre-diabetic with high blood pressure and a whole host of other health issues that were destroying my happiness and way of life. I tried so many things, so many products, all to no avail. I healed my body quicker than I ever thought possible and have even become more confident and comfortable in the skin I am in. Not to mention the emotional release, release of long-held imbedded beliefs that were not even my own, and freedom to feel and think for what felt like the first time without contradicting underlying thoughts. Dont even get me started on the liver flush! It'll change your life!!
From a 3xL to a large from a 46 inc waist to a 36 and almost two years on my healthy life style it been a minute since I post but I’m still pushing thank you all for the support on my journey. I was 333 pound I’m around 205 to 210 lol.

I lost 17 lbs in 18 days and My blood sugar is 91 (lowest in 2 years) from your videos and group and it is the first time I been this weight in 10 years...
I have started ADF - alternate day fasting and it has changed my life. I have been losing three pounds on my fast days and maintaining my weight on feed days. This is remarkable progress as I haven’t been able to lose weight in two years due to the medicine I’ve taken, and exercise hasn’t helped me at all. I would work out for a month just to lose two pounds for the entire month. BUT NOT NOW!!!!! I'm losing three to six pounds a week. Just 67 more pounds to go and I anticipate losing it in three months or less. Please keep me in your prayers. Thank you for all of your support.

This is from my first WF back in January... I’m currently on my second extended WF(day2) I did 24 days. I had never gone that long without food! Im feeling so healthy Mentally and Spiritually which was my sole purpose. My skin cleared up and I dropped 30 pounds. The WF had completely reset my body in a way I craved healthier food vs the non healthy junk food! There were days when I was detoxing emotionally, on those days I cried to purge. After about day 4-5 the hunger pangs completely went away and it became easier to keep going. Around day 10 I experienced an incredible spiritual awakening that has forever changed my life! I’m so proud of myself, and if I can motivate anyone who’s just starting or have been in it a few days to hang in there please do! It will get hard but don’t give up here’s a pic. Left 230-right 200 God is good!! This time around I expect to go even deeper with emotional mental and spiritual clarity and reach another weight loss milestone!
My highest weight was 201, then I went down to 181, now my current weight is 170, I'm so happy about my progress. A plant-based diet is what I use all raw and I use some 72 hours fast sometimes. Two and a half months in and I'm working towards my goal weight which is 150. Discipline is key if you fall get right back up and keep moving forward.
