Smoothie Bowl Snack/Breakfast Recipe

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 2 cups of fruit (strawberries, bananas,
  • avocado, mixed berries, mango)
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of seeds (chia or flax)
  • Toppings: granola, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds,
  • dried fruit, agave

Note:

This is just a starter. You can add many other things like almond butter, nuts, dates, etc.

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Blend your ingredients (excluding the toppings) in a high-speed blender until smooth. 
  • If you make it too thin add more fruit like banana or ice. 
  • Pour your ingredients into a bowl, top, and serve.
