I’m trying to pinpoint the “right” food pursuit for me. I’ve done keto and a million other things which don’t feel right for me. My goal is to pursue what is the healthiest and least complicated food lifestyle. I’ve heard a little about eating alkaline which sounds great and I’ve started looking into nutritarian. Is one better than the other for some reason or are they the same thing?
Well, in my experience the simplest answer is normally the correct answer. Alkaline diet is eating natural foods with no other major restrictions. You will will amazing doing it. When you remove the cooking element is gets even better, meaning eating raw. The proof is in the pudding try for a few months.
Sounds good – I’m just going to look into the best raw sources of protein. I’ve done lentils before and really enjoyed them but they are cooked. Nuts and seeds are my “Ruffles” so I need to find something else, lol.
