Today I wanted to briefly discuss my alkaline vs. distilled water video and follow up on some of the top comments I received.

First off, there is something I wanted to clear up, because when I re-watched the video, I realized that I made it sound like my distiller sucked LOL.

My distiller does not suck, it’s actually a really good distiller and it’s the second distiller I’ve owned, the first distiller was much cheaper and sucked.

The reason why I may have made it sound like it sucked, is because sometimes it still leaves a weird taste in the water and I have actually figured out how to circumvent that outside of sun-energizing the water, so I’m going to share that briefly, but later on I’ll be making a full video.

Okay, so if you have a distiller and your water tastes dirty, what’s happening is the actual water is boiling out too quickly and the distiller doesn’t have a sensor to say that the water has boiled out completely, it’s just on a timer, so all of the chemicals and minerals that are left behind in the distiller actually start to burn, because there’s no liquid in there and then they start to evaporate and that gets into the water in the catch jar.

So the way to avoid this, is just to fill your distiller past the field line slightly, so that when the distiller turns off, there’s still a little bit of liquid left in the actual distiller.

Okay, so the top comment is from Nancy and her concern was that the water she was getting from the big jug companies couldn’t be trusted.

Just like the bottled water companies, the big jug companies can’t be trusted either. If you guys want to take the extra step to get some testers and test your water, you can, there’s a couple different meters you can use, but at the end of the day, the process of purifying your water is still going to be the same.

Make sure that you’re either distilling it like I like to do and then setting it out in the sun to be energized or you can forego the distillation process if you want, and just set it out in the sun.

My recommendation is to set it out in the sun all day and depending on your situation, you may or may not get a full 8 hours of sunlight, but if you don’t get a full 8 hours of sunlight, set it out there for 2 days.

Make sure you have enough glass jars to where you can set several outside at the same time and therefore you can empty one jar, drink it and you have another jar ready to go and you just rotate them in and out. Here’s the link to the sun water video if you haven’t seen it already: video reference.

We had another great question asking about vitamin D deficiency.

Have you guys ever wondered how it is that seemingly everyone has a vitamin D deficiency?

If you go to the doctor, 60 or 70% of the time he’s going to tell you you have a vitamin D deficiency, how is this possible?

Well, there’s a couple things to look at.

Number one, we’ve been taught that we get all our nutrition from food, that is a major flaw in our thinking. The reality is we get all of our nutrition from the sun or sources that get their nutrition from the sun, I’ll explain a little better.

Plants absorb sunlight to produce their fruit, we then consume the fruit and thus consume the sunlight.

The sunlight is the source of the nutrition. Understanding that is critical because now you get it, like when you have a deficiency you can go to the source of nutrition versus messing around with supplements and eating certain diet.

Having to eat to get nutrition from food is a trick by the food industry and nutrition industry.

The food industry and nutrition industry are in cahoots, they want you to believe that you have to get your nutrition from food, so that you buy more food, so that they make more money, does that make sense?

So if you’re dealing with any type of deficiency, there’s a couple things to think about. Number one, how much sunlight are you getting?

Probably not enough. The second thing is to look at your liver function. A big part of the reason we have absorption issues, even trying to supplement nutrition through food, is because we have a low-functioning liver, check out my liver and gallbladder flush: video reference

The other aspect of this that you may want to take a look at, is your intestines, your colon.

If you have a large amount of plaque buildup on your intestinal wall, your ability to absorb nutrients becomes low-functioning, thus causing you to have deficiencies.

We had a few comments talking about how you all didn’t like the taste of distilled water and I wanted to address this, because I think there’s a large misconception about the taste of distilled water.

When you distill water, because of the basic properties of water, which is that it is a solvent or cleanser, when you put that distilled water into a plastic container, what you are now going to get is a leaching of the chemicals from the plastic container into your water.

That’s the reason why you guys tend to say distilled water has a taste.

Pure distilled water that has not been put in a plastic container and has been properly distilled, does not have that chemical taste.

So it’s not the water that tastes like that, it’s the chemicals from the plastic bottle that tastes like that.

There’s a couple ways to get around this, number one, distill your water at home and make sure that it goes into a glass container.

Number two, as referenced above, you can sun-energize your water, so you buy it from the store in the plastic jugs and then you transfer it to a clear, glass container, set it out in the sun for 8 hours or so and you will notice that the flavor changes, that’s the amazing power of the sun.

There was one last comment that I wanted to speak on and it comes from my good friend Creed.

He, like my friend Tiffany, doesn’t believe that there is a significant difference in the types of water you drink or that the types of waters you drink have any significant impact on your health.

The impact on your health from the water you drink is astronomical. I’ve said this before, we live in opposite world, everything they teach us is backwards, the fact that a lot of us do not value the type of water we drink, is not by coincidence, it’s by design.

They focus on water so little, they don’t teach you about any of the amazing characteristics or qualities of water in school and even the promoting of drinking water is such a afterthought that we in turn develop this idea that water isn’t that big of a deal.

It’s a huge deal, the best thing I can do is encourage you all to simply try what I’m saying: increase the amount of water you drink daily, try to get as close to a gallon as you can, don’t overdo it though.

Sun-energize your water everyday. Discontinue the consumption of acidic beverages like soda, highly processed fruit drinks, even V8 Splash, believe it or not, is extremely bad for you.

Drink water and fresh squeezed fruit juices and just look at the impact it has on your body, then determine whether or not there’s a difference.

Okay everyone, I’m going to wrap this one up, thank you all for your continued support, please feel free to leave a comment down below and I will be talking to you guys soon.

Please share if you found value here and think someone could benefit or would enjoy this read😁. -Thank You

  1. JUICING– DO YOU HAVE A VIDEO OR INFORMATION ABOUT JUICING AND THE AFFECT IT HAS ON DIABETES AND THE AMOUNT OF SUGAR YOU DIGESTING FROM FRUIT AND GREENERY? THANKS

  2. Hi Chris, may I ask you a quick question? I am buying the mega home water distiller from your amazon recommends and also the infinity bottles. Am I right in thinking that I can use these infinity bottles to place in the sun to get energised after using the distiller? Or do I need different glass bottles? The only reason I ask is that the infinity bottles description states the bottles are made of glass that is dark and I’m wondering if the glass has to be clear for the sun to penetrate the water?
    Any advice appreciated

    1. Excellent question. You may certainly use the dark glass if you like, but its not recommended because inorder to get the entire benefit you want to use clear glass and recieve the full spectrum of light in the water.

  3. After using my distiller a number of times, my water tastes much better now! I guess I had to break it in to get that plastic tubing taste out of there. Also, in the beginning, the taste of distilled water didn’t taste bad to me but just different tasting more … well…”distilled”… but since I have been drinking distilled water (and sun energizing does make a big difference) I have acquired a taste for the distilled and i bought some purified water recently and it did not taste good to me anymore. I can actually distinguish the purity in distilled water!
